Biography: Born in 1451, Kastra is one of the oldest Witches in the world, not that you would know it currently, as she looks no older than thirty. She attended in 1462, where she was a Captain of the Slytherin House Swivenhodge team, and also a Chaser for its less impressive Quidditch Team. She was both a prefect and Headgirl and attained some of the top marks in the school that year. She soon became Magical Ambassador to France, where she gained many friends in the Assembly of Wizards there. She was one of the founding members of the International Confederation of Wizards, and its greatest champion back in Britain. She remained a member, until 1675, when she became Supreme Mugwump and pushed for the international statute of Wizarding Secrecy to be pushed through, even though she was disposed as Supreme Mugwump before the signing in 1689.
She returned full time to Britain in 1692, when the Statute had to start taking affect, but never intended to stay, hoping to return to her international works, but her partner in the formation of the new ministry, Ullick Gamp persuaded her to stay, as it was later discovered to take the position of First Minister of Magic in 1707, when the Ministry of Magic completely took over as the Britain's Magical governing body.
Her greatest failing, in her opinion, is not managing to take the game of Swivenhodge global.
